  • OTC Hearing Aid Orders: We typically dispatch hearing aid orders within 1 to 2 working days of receiving your order.
  • Programmable Hearing Aid Orders: We typically dispatch hearing aid orders within 5 working days of receiving your order. If there are any delays, we will notify you promptly.
  • Other Orders: For all other products, your order will usually be dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.

Delivery

  • Free Express Delivery: We offer free express delivery worldwide on all hearing aids and on orders over $200.
  • Delivery Timeframes: Delivery times vary between 3 to 8 days, depending on your location.
  • Tracked Delivery: All orders are shipped using tracked delivery services for your peace of mind.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 5 additional days for order processing before dispatch.
  • Delivery Address: Orders will be delivered to the address you provided at the time of purchase.
  • Delivery Issues: If your order is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe after you receive the dispatch notification, please contact us immediately.
  • Inspection: We recommend that customers promptly inspect their delivered goods to ensure they meet expectations.
  • Non-Delivery: In the event of non-delivery due to a fault by BEWAV or our courier, you will be offered a full refund or the option of re-delivery.

Return Eligibility:

  • Refunds are available for 30 days from the date your item was delivered.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning your hearing aid, please contact our support team at support@bewav.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. Prepare Your Return: Include your RMA number in a letter explaining the reason for the return. Ensure you obtain proof of postage when sending the item back to us to avoid any disputes.
  3. Receive Your Refund: Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, we will process a full refund for the amount paid to BEWAV. Please note that we are not responsible for any fees paid to local audiologists for testing or tuning services.

You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed and your refund issued.

When does the 30 day period start?

The 30-day return period begins on the date your order is delivered. Returns must be postmarked within 40 days of the delivery date.
