OTC Hearing Aid Orders: We typically dispatch hearing aid orders within 1 to 2 working days of receiving your order.
Programmable Hearing Aid Orders: We typically dispatch hearing aid orders within 5 working days of receiving your order. If there are any delays, we will notify you promptly.
Other Orders: For all other products, your order will usually be dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.

Free Express Delivery: We offer free express delivery worldwide on all hearing aids and on orders over $500.
Delivery Timeframes: Delivery times vary between 3 to 8 days, depending on your location.
Tracked Delivery: All orders are shipped using tracked delivery services for your peace of mind.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 5 additional days for order processing before dispatch.
Delivery Address: Orders will be delivered to the address you provided at the time of purchase.
Delivery Issues: If your order is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe after you receive the dispatch notification, please contact us immediately.
Inspection: We recommend that customers promptly inspect their delivered goods to ensure they meet expectations.
Non-Delivery: In the event of non-delivery due to a fault by Bewav or our courier, you will be offered a full refund or the option of re-delivery.
