2. Orders and Payment All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Payment is due at the time of purchase, and we accept major credit cards and PayPal.

3. Shipping and Delivery We offer free express delivery on hearing aids and orders over $500. Delivery times vary by location, typically ranging from 3 to 8 days. Please allow up to 5 additional days for processing. BEWAV is not liable for import taxes or customs charges imposed by your country.

4. Returns and Refunds We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all hearing aids. The return period begins on the date your order is shipped. Returns must be postmarked within 40 days of the dispatch date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact support@bewav.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any products.

5. Warranty Our products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty for defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse or unauthorized modifications.

6. Limitation of Liability BEWAV’s liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
